Tumbleweeds for Teachers

Schools can now request free access to films from Utah Film Center’s Tumbleweeds Films for Kids year-round online programming. The lineup will change monthly, so be sure to check back to see our new offerings. Films will vary from narrative to documentary, English-language to subtitled foreign-language, for older kids to younger kids. But they’ll always highlight stories that both entertain, and illuminate the world around us.

Tumbleweeds Festival Field Trips – free workshops and film screenings for students held during the school day as part of our Tumbleweeds Film Festival for Kids – have long been a staple of Utah Film Center’s education programming. This year, since we are not able to host an in-person festival, we have expanded our free online offerings for teachers.
